While DiLeonardo designs are often cutting edge, the creative philosophy is basic: “We are not guided by trends, but by sustainability”. “Our singular objective is to create unique, imaginative spaces that perform and invigorate while maximizing the owner’s return on investment – as quickly as possible and for as long as possible.”
He received his Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Vermont. James received his Doctorate of Business Administration in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University.
James is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, Historic New England, and a founding board member for the US Green Building Council Rhode Island chapter Board of Directors. He sits on the international advisory board of Johnson & Wales University and is a frequent guest speaker at industry conferences.
